How Veiovis Lifescience Pvt. Ltd. handles the information you give us through this website, and what you can ask us to do with it.

Who This Covers, and Who It Is For
Veiovis Lifescience Pvt. Ltd. ("Veiovis", "we", "us") manufactures and exports finished pharmaceutical formulations and healthcare products. This policy covers the information we collect on this website, through the forms on it, and through the email and messaging that follow from them.
This site is meant for businesses: distributors, hospitals, institutions, government programmes and licensed importers. It is not a pharmacy, it does not sell to patients, and nothing on it is medical advice.
What We Collect
Only what you type into a form, and the ordinary technical record any website keeps. There is no account to create and nothing to sign up for beyond the newsletter.
- When you send an enquiry
- Your name, email address, phone number, company, country, the product category you asked about, and whatever you write in the message. Everything except the name, email and message is optional and the form says so.
- When you join the newsletter
- Your email address, and nothing else. We do not ask for a name and the form does not have a box for one.
- What the server records
- The ordinary web server log — the address your request came from, the page asked for and the time. It is not combined with anything above and is not used to build a profile.
What We Do with It
We answer you. An enquiry becomes a quotation, a product file or a conversation about a market, and the details you sent are what make that possible — the destination country decides which documents apply, and the category decides which products we look at.
A newsletter address is used to send the newsletter and for nothing else. Every one goes out individually, so no subscriber ever sees another subscriber's address.
We do not sell, rent or trade your details, and we do not pass them to anyone for their own marketing.
Confidentiality, Both Ways
What a customer tells us about a market, a volume or a price does not travel. Neither does what we send: dossiers, certificates of analysis, manufacturing-site documents and pricing schedules are commercial in confidence and are handled as such, before there is a contract as much as after one.
If you need that in writing before you send us anything, ask and we will sign a non-disclosure agreement first.
Who Else Sees It
As few people and companies as the work allows. Nothing is shared for anybody's marketing, ever.
- The people who run this website
- Our hosting provider stores the site and the enquiries it receives, in a private store that is not reachable by anyone who has not been given access to it.
- Our email provider
- When a newsletter goes out, the provider that sends it sees the addresses it is sent to.
- The people who move the goods
- On a real order, the freight forwarders, customs brokers and authorities who need the consignment's paperwork — because a shipment cannot clear a border without it.
- Authorities, when we must
- Where a regulator, a customs authority or a court requires it of us by law.
Where It Goes, and How Long We Keep It
We export to markets across Africa, Asia, the CIS, West Asia and Europe, and the website itself is hosted outside Nepal. So your details may be stored and read in a country other than your own, including by the providers named above.
We keep an enquiry for as long as the commercial relationship it belongs to is live, and afterwards for as long as tax, export and pharmaceutical record-keeping rules require us to. A newsletter address is kept until you ask us to remove it, which you can do at any time.
Cookies, and What This Site Does Not Do
This website sets no analytics cookies, no advertising cookies and no third-party trackers. There is no Google Analytics, no advertising pixel and no cross-site tracking on it.
Two things are stored by your own browser. If an announcement appears over the site, a note that you have closed it is kept on your device so it does not reappear — it never reaches us. And if you are a member of staff signing in to the admin, a session cookie keeps you signed in. Neither is used to follow you anywhere.
What You Can Ask Us For
Whatever rights your own country's law gives you, these are the ones we will act on wherever you are:
- A copy
- Everything we hold about you, and where it came from.
- A correction
- Anything wrong or out of date, put right.
- Deletion
- Removal of what we hold, except where a tax, customs or pharmaceutical record-keeping rule requires us to keep it — in which case we will tell you which.
- An end to the newsletter
- Every newsletter carries a way out of it, and asking us directly works just as well.
Children
This site is for businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect anything from anyone under 18, and if we find we have, we delete it.
Changes to This Policy
We update this page when what we do changes. The date at the top is when it last changed, and it is the only version — there is no archive, so if a change matters to you, keep your own copy.
Asking Us Something
Any of the above, or anything else about how we handle your details, goes to the same place. We answer within a few working days.
